Rhythm X Revival

Rhythm X Revival are an energetic new rocking Country Blues band formed by John-Luke Shelley together with Johnny Tesoriero. The two musicians have collaborated and each written songs for a new album which they have just recorded through The Teskey Brothers Studio. Album release is April 20th at The Spotted Mallard (Free Entry).

Rhythm X Revival features John-Luke as the lead singer and on lead and rhythm guitar, Chris Win on bass, Jeremy Neumann on keyboard and Johnny Tesoriero on drums. Rhythm X Revival have a unique and melodic musical style that incorporates the vocal harmonies of Johnny, Chris and Jeremy, John-Luke Shelley.

Hailing from Geelong, John-Luke Shelley began playing guitar at the age of 16 through the influence of his father, Brett. JL takes great pride in performing not only his own original material, but also cover songs with his band High Speed Steel. The band plays regularly around Victoria and has performed in festivals around Australia including the Broadbeach Blues Festival, the Queenscliff Music Festival and Guitars across the Bay. The band was runner-up at the Melbourne Blues Appreciation Society’s Blues Performer of the Year in 2012 as High Speed Steel, Runner up in 2013 as The 3 Tones and Runner up 2016 as JLS & Co.http://www.rhythmxrevival.com/
