Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to credit or exchange any products within 14 days, provided we receive the products in original condition. All returns must include a copy of your original invoice and approval will be at our discretion.

The customer must pay all postage costs and assumes the risk of any loss, theft or damage of products during transit. Therefore we recommend that you return products via registered mail with Australia Post.
