Featuring ex-Red Wiggle, Murray Cook, and power-house vocalist, Lizzie Mack, The Soul Movers deliver a funky, retro musical experience, recreating the best sounds from the 1960s and 70s. With four critically acclaimed albums, presented on many of Australia’s biggest stages and at most-loved festivals, The Soul Movers are aptly named for their soul-driven music. They combine electrifying guitar riffs, 60s soul-groove and a sprinkling of pop for a performance audiences won’t forget.
Blues on Broadbeach proudly acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land on which our events are held, the Kombumerri and Yugambeh Language Group families of the Gold Coast. We pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging, and recognise their continuing connections to the lands, waters, wildlife and extended communities throughout South East Queensland.
