The AlphaSonics are a high-energy powerhouse blending raw soul, rhythm & blues, and rockabilly into a sound that’s both timeless and electrifying.
Lisl (aka Peaches) leads the charge with gritty, powerhouse vocals reminiscent of the great RnB and soul legends of the ’60s. Guitarist Jamie Clark, an Americana and jazz virtuoso, has performed alongside top Australian and international artists. Drummer Trevor Gollagher, a multi-award-winning musician, lays down the groove with masterful precision. Bassist Jon Flynn, a rockabilly icon, is the go-to sideman for countless touring acts.
Together, The AlphaSonics deliver an authentic, hard-hitting sound that leaves audiences wanting more.
Blues on Broadbeach proudly acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land on which our events are held, the Kombumerri and Yugambeh Language Group families of the Gold Coast. We pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging, and recognise their continuing connections to the lands, waters, wildlife and extended communities throughout South East Queensland.
