After years of wandering, Pokey LaFarge found new purpose while working on a farm in Mid-Coast Maine. The experience sparked a creative rebirth that led to his boldest album yet: Rhumba Country. Blending sounds from mambo, tropicália, gospel, and vintage rock-and-roll, LaFarge channels pure joy with songs that are colorful, heartfelt, and deeply human. Known for his distinct voice, magnetic stage presence, and genre-defying style, LaFarge returns to Australia, inviting listeners into a world where simplicity meets soul. With Rhumba Country, he reclaims his artistic voice and shares a vibrant celebration of life, love, and the journey home.
