As we get set to bring Blues on Broadbeach back, the following road closures will be in place from Thursday 15 May at 6:00am to Monday 19 May at 10:00am.
We remind all businesses to notify their suppliers of the changed traffic conditions. Once road closures have commenced delivery vehicles will be required to seek alternative drop-off locations (e.g. Gold Coast Highway Service Road, Albert Avenue, and Main Place).
*Road Closures are subject to change, any changes will be communicated on the website and via our newsletter.
SURF PARADE
• Full road closure between Queensland Avenue and Victoria Avenue
• Local Access Only – Capricornia Avenue to Queensland Avenue
• Local Access Only – Charles Avenue to Victoria Avenue
QUEENSLAND AVENUE
• Local Access Only/Parking Bays left available – Federation Avenue to Surf Parade
• Parking Bays from Jubilee Avenue to Surf Parade left available
ALBERT AVENUE
• Local Access Only – Surf Parade (from The Wave driveway) to Old Burleigh Road
VICTORIA AVENUE TUNNEL
• Local Access Only – Entry to tunnel via Old Burleigh Road only (Access Pass Required)
ORACLE BOULEVARD
• Full road closure of Oracle Boulevard
Local residents and hotel customers residing within road closures are recommended to park nearby on the ‘local access roads,’.
Entry to the following car parks via the normal Victoria Avenue Entry points will NOT be possible due to road closures. Please enter via the following temporary locations:
Due to festival road closures (including Victoria Avenue – see map), entry and exit of the Secure carpark under Oasis Shopping Centre must be made via Charles Avenue only. This change will be in place from Thursday 16th May at 6:00am – Monday 20th May at 10:00am.
