Returning for its second year, the Kurrawa Park Sunday Ticket will feature a special lineup exclusive to ticket holders.
In 2024, New Zealand electronic-reggae-soul pioneers Fat Freddy’s Drop performed their only Australian show of the year, alongside local world music innovators Tijuana Cartel and eclectic creatives BOOMCHILD.
The Kurrawa Park Sunday Ticket is a big addition to an already massive Sunday program running on other stages and venues throughout Broadbeach. Stay tuned for the full 2025 lineup!

The Kurrawa Park Sunday Ticket is an additional festival experience on top of everything you’re used to seeing at Blues on Broadbeach!

The Kurrawa Park Sunday Ticket artists will be joining an already stacked first lineup that includes the likes of The Cruel Sea, Eli Paperboy Reed, DIESEL and more.

Gates will open from 12pm on Sunday 19 May. Please ensure you bring valid photo ID and your Kurrawa Park Sunday Ticket ready for scanning.

The Kurrawa Park Sunday Ticket program will take place in an outdoor, uncovered area. If it is deemed safe for our artists, team and of course you, our valued festival goers, the show will still go on if it’s raining. Should inclement weather be experienced all updates will be provided on the Blues on Broadbeach Facebook, Instagram and via our festival website and app.
No, BYO alcohol will not be allowed to be brought inside Kurrawa Park. A bar will be available inside and the entire park area will be licensed. Please note, drinking alcohol in a public place (unless licensed and signed) including roads, footpaths, parks and beaches is prohibited in Queensland under the Liquor Act 1992.

Basic camping chairs with a back no higher than 100cm are allowed into the Kurrawa Park gated area, no steel framed folding chairs, deck chairs or reclining chairs will be permitted. At a certain time those wanting to still use a chair will be directed to relocate to a designated area so we can ensure we’re providing a safe environment for everyone.
Our team reserve the right to have all persons, bags and belongings searched at the time of entry to the event. Please ensure your bag is no bigger than an A4 size.

Yes, food and any sealed non-alcoholic drinks can be brought in. We love our environment and encourage you to bring your own empty bottle (BYOB) so you can use the water fountains inside the gated area to refill bottles.
Yes, there will be a designated smoke and e-cigarette area within Kurrawa Park.
No, there won’t be, so we encourage you bring only what you absolutely need.

If your plans change, you can request a refund from Oztix. All refunds are provided at the discretion of the event organisers and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Tixel is the only authorised re-sale ticket platform for the Kurrawa Park Sunday Ticket and is the official re-sale facility of Oztix. Tixel’s technology scans all tickets to ensure they are legitimate before they are listed for sale on Tixel. Also, all sales are capped, so scalpers, touts and price-gouging is a thing of the past! As your ticket will have your name and details linked, we strongly encourage you do a private re-sell on Tixel to your friend so the details of your ticket are updated. To list a private re-sell on Tixel, follow the instructions below:
- Choose how you would like to list your ticket here.
- Once you select the ticket, you can choose the price you want to sell the ticket for by adjusting the price slider.
- On the “Details” page, you can make the listing private through the toggle on the bottom right.
- Copy and share your unique private listing link with your friend or new buyer.
We strongly encourage you to re-sell your ticket on Tixel if you cannot make the event. Tixel requires you to upload your ticket, and Oztix will verify the validity of the ticket before allowing it to be resold.
Please note, the original purchaser will continue to bear the cost of the ticket until it is sold. Once sold, Oztix will cancel the original ticket and issue the new ticket holder a ticket in their name. Follow the below instruction on how to list your ticket on Tixel:
- Upload your ticket/s to Tixel – this can be done by uploading your PDF ticket (attached to your confirmation email)
- Identify which tickets you want to sell (single ticket or multiple tickets in the order)
- Set the price of the ticket. (Tixel will not allow mark ups of above 10% on any ticket)
- Create your Tixel account.
- Choose to list your ticket as public or private. (Private allows you to sell to a friend via a private link, and will not be shown on the Tixel website).

Absolutely! Once you’ve scanned your ticket at Kurrawa Park you’ll be provided with a wristband that’ll allow you to come and go as you please.
Absolutely! Kurrawa Park is the only stage that will be ticketed on Sunday 18 May. All other outdoor stages and venues are still non-ticketed throughout the entire festival.

General Admission tickets gain you access to Kurrawa Park on Sunday 18 May where you’ll be able to enjoy an action-packed program. The inaugural event last year saw a stellar lineup including Fat Freddy’s Drop, Tijuana Cartel, BOOMCHILD and guests.
For those wishing to level up their experience, the VIP ticket provides express entry into Kurrawa Park, a VIP Bar and Garden Viewing Area in prime viewing of the stage, premium drinks for purchase and access to VIP toilets.
After the success of the inaugural event in 2024, the Kurrawa Park Sunday Ticket gives festival goers another option to enjoy even more music at Blues on Broadbeach.
Non-ticketed festival programming will still be on offer on all the other stages while the Kurrawa Park Sunday program is taking place, so there’ll be plenty of music for you to enjoy.

Whilst Kurrawa Park won’t have the traditional non-ticketed program on Sunday, there will still be heaps of non-ticketed programming available throughout other outdoor stages and venues in Broadbeach, it’s going to be epic! Yes, absolutely! There will be no cost to enjoy the rest of what Blues on Broadbeach has to offer. There will be a number of artists on the non-ticketed lineup performing throughout the festival precinct, this includes The Cruel Sea, Eli Paperboy Reed, DIESEL, Steph Strings, Bondi Cigars, The Harlem Gospel Travelers and many more.

There will be accessible toilets and an accessible viewing area within Kurrawa Park.
The park itself is a predominantly flat terrain consisting of flat grass, paved areas and gravel. During peak traffic periods, particularly if there has been heavy rainfall, the park may become more difficult to navigate. We recommend people using wheelchairs and/or motorised wheelchairs use large wheels for further stability.

Holders of a National or State issued Companion Card may request a Companion Ticket held to accompany a paid ticket holder. Blues on Broadbeach will issue companions a Complimentary Kurrawa Park Sunday Ticket to accompany a person with disability.
