Massive Second Lineup Lands for Blues on Broadbeach 2026!

The excitement levels were already high for the 25th Anniversary of Blues on Broadbeach. Now the second lineup has dropped, they’re through the roof! More amazing local, national and international artists have just been added to the festival program – check them out below or see the full lineup here.

With four jam-packed days of festival vibes and a smorgasbord of blues music, from intimate acoustic performances to the full main stage energy at Kurrawa Park, thousands of blues fans will be feeling the love from May 14 –17.

What an honour to host Australian rock royalty at Blues on Broadbeach! Ian Moss is an ARIA award-winning musician and a founding member of Cold Chisel. As a solo artist, his live shows garner rave reviews for feel, finesse and emotional punch. He’s a master guitarist who writes with soul, sings with warmth and grit and has his audience utterly captivated. His performance will be one of the must-see shows at this year’s festival.

Bringing to the stage by Memphis Travel is MonoNeon! A funk futurist re‑wiring the bass from the inside out – neon‑bright, microtonal, impossible to ignore. This unconventional musician has gained cult following for his many experimental projects, viral Youtube videos, vibrant sense of fashion and crochet masks. He’s played with Prince, Mac Miller, Jacob Collier and many more who recognise his unique talent. He is known for his otherworldly live show, where you can witness his whacky playing style, as he plays a right-handed bass upside down. Don’t miss it!

A Melbourne institution turned global export, The Bamboos have spent 25 years refining a sound where vintage grit meets modern songcraft. Led by guitarist/producer Lance Ferguson and powerhouse vocalist Kylie Auldist, the 9-piece band brings a live show with fat grooves, soul-deep emotion, a tight horn section and choruses that raise the roof.

This Melbourne-based singer-songwriter’s vocals are like a storm rolling in – dramatic, commanding and heavy with truth. Her powerful voice can take you from the depths of heartbreak to the heights of ecstasy and as a performer, she has an instinct for the theatrical. Her live show will shake you to your bones in the best way. Grace Cummings is magnetic – let her draw you in.

Known for their killer live shows, Hussy Hicks captivate audiences with their infectious energy, tight harmonies, and musical versatility. With Leesa Gentz’s soulful vocals, Jules Parker’s electrifying guitar work, and ripping musicianship, they know how to wow a crowd. They hail from Lismore but have won over the world earning themselves a mighty reputation. Hussy Hicks have grown from festival openers to festival favourites, gracing stages at the biggest blues, roots, folk and country festivals across Australia, USA and Europe.

With four decades on stage, he’s the longest serving guitarist with The Screaming Jets. Jimi Hocking’s soulful swagger and entertainer’s instinct turns every set into a celebration. We can’t wait for him to unleash his blues-rock mastery and technical brilliance at Blues on Broadbeach.

Minnie Marks is a one-woman wrecking crew, gold-top guitar blazing, foot drum stomping and a voice pouring molten soul over bone-rattling riffs. From the Mid North Coast to Europe’s club circuits and Australia’s biggest festivals, a decade of touring has built a formidable reputation. A Bluesfest Busking and People’s Choice winner and 2025 Sunshine Coast Music Awards Musician of the Year, her single Trouble (2023) shows an artist still hitting harder.

8 Ball Aitken is a road-seasoned swamp blues rocker with a biting slide guitar and a voice built for late nights and loud rooms. After more than a decade touring across 20+ countries, he’s earned a reputation for gritty storytelling, gravel-toned vocals and swampy grooves. His album Ice Cream Man 2 (2023) turns up the heat, while his All-Star Jam delivers a high-energy showcase where improvisation reigns.
